I was told that she reached out to the manufacturer, but had not heard back. 7 hours later, I still had not heard back, so I called again. She said she would reach out to the manufacturer and see when it would ship and give me a call back. She explained the card is not charged until shipping, but she did not know what was going on with the shipment date. This time I spoke with a manager who was polite. ![]() An hour and a half later, I never received a call, so I called back. I asked for a return call within 30 minutes. I called them again during normal business hours and was told by a remote worker that they could not see what is going on with my order and that they would put on a note for someone in the office to call me. I was told my item had not shipped because there was a pending balance. They have a 24 hour answering service that is useless. After I received no communication about the shipping, I called on 9/10. 2 weeks later I called for a status on shipment. I won’t purchase from them again and I highly discourage anyone from shopping with them. In this day and age of fraudulent emails and links, this is an unacceptable way to do business and the customer service is very seriously lacking. They should be in contact with their customer to discuss and shipping delays or issues. They should not send out an item if they are alleging it hasn’t been paid for. When I called and verified my order with the company, I was told that they only authorized the payment at the time of purchased but then could not claim the payment because of their delay in shipping- none of which is my fault. I do not appreciate being threatened or harassed for payment when I had already paid. These calls and emails seemed fraudulent to me, especially since I submitted payment on the day I placed the order. Months later, I received several emails and calls stating that they haven’t been paid and legal actions would be commenced against me. The table did ship two months later and I received it. I was told it was on backorder and would ship two months after the order date. The table was back ordered and I never heard back from them, so I followed up. Refunds typically only take 48-72 hours to be refunded back to your account. Your bank may be giving you a conservative timeframe as far as how long it will take to receive your refund. I do see that our orders manager called you today to apologize for the inconvenience and the issue was immediately rectified by our team we really appreciate you bringing the issue to our attention. In the case of your order, the items were being shipped directly from our manufacturer, and our system automatically collected payment while we were processing your cancellation request. We sell and ship some items that we carry in house, while other items are shipped directly from our manufacturers, which requires a lot of automation and trust between our systems to electronically talk to each other.
